For family, friends and carers

A diagnosis of lymphoma can have a significant impact on the person with the diagnosis, but also on those close to them. In some cases, a relationship can change from partner, spouse, parent, child or friend into a more carer-like role, even if just for a short time.

In this survey we invite you to tell us about how you were personally affected by your person’s diagnosis. This could mean how it affected you in any of the following ways.

  • Practically (for example, time to attend appointments, changes in household tasks, changes to work or finances).
  • Physically (for example, changes in your routine, feeling tired or exhausted).
  • Change in relationship dynamics (for example, taking on a different role in your relationship).
  • Emotionally (for example, managing the impact on your own feelings, and expectations for your life and the future).
Please share as much detail as you are happy to. This survey is anonymous and answers we share will be general, unless you specifically give us permission to quote you. All your responses will help us to review our services to ensure that they are supporting you.
