You are being asked to participate in a survey to better assess the current understanding of the issues related to food fraud in your company from your perspective as an expert interested party. Specifically, the survey explores the level of activity related to managing food safety issues involving food fraud, the level of concern and the challenges your organization is facing in managing fraud-related food safety issues.

The survey will include questions about food fraud. No personal identifiers will be used so the survey is anonymous. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this survey.

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. You have the right to say no. You may change your mind at any time and withdraw. You may choose to not answer specific questions or to stop participating at any time.

This survey is a follow-up from the previous MSU-FFI research projects such as regarding awareness of food fraud terminology, the compliance scope, the needs of industry and regulators, and food fraud data collection needs.
