Presenter Information

Presentation Proposals Deadline: May 30, 2017

Proposal Review Process and Notification of Acceptance: The Conference Planning Committee and the Director of Professional Development will review all proposals received by May 30, 2017. You will be notified whether your proposal has been accepted by June 16, 2017. You will then need to confirm your participation by July 2, 2017.
All presenters will need to register to attend the conference.  

Poster Session Presenters - No Discount
PachaKucha Presenters - 25% Discount
Lead Breakout Session Presenters - presenting 1 time - 50% Discount
Lead Breakout Session Presenters who are selected to – presenting 2 times - Complimentary
Non-Lead (i.e. Second and Third) Breakout Session Presenters - No Discount

Please note that you will have to complete the application in one session. Be prepared to enter your team information, session title and description, three learning outcomes, your session's connection to the conference theme and names and dates of previous conference presentations.
