Reporting Access to Medication Issues

The Governor released an Executive Order on Feb. 17 2015, granting emergency powers to pharmacists to dispense up to a thirty-day supply of non-scheduled medications for patients.
As the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s (KDPH) planning partner for emergency preparedness/disaster response, the Executive Order released by the Governor allows for patients to have ready access to their medications without an interruption in pharmaceutical services. KPhA would like to gather information from our membership related to having the Executive Order in place. The information will be shared with KDPH in order to evaluate the impact of the Executive Order for the citizens of the Commonwealth.
Please complete the survey as you utilize the Executive Order until it is lifted on February 24.
