FEATT Annual Survey for Families

We believe the Regional Family Networks across Oregon play an important role in the lives of families with children who have disabilities. Families Engaging and Thriving Together (FEATT) sees a bright future for all children with disabilities, and works hard to make sure the community is a welcoming and supportive place for you and your child and/or family member.

FEATT believes families and community partners play an important role in the work we do in the community. With that in mind, FEATT asks you to please take the next 10 minutes to share your ideas, your thoughts, and your experiences with us. This will help FEATT effectively reach more families.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and your ideas.
