FEAST! Local Foods Marketplace Art Experience Survey

Thank you for joining us at the 2019 FEAST! Local Foods Marketplace in Rochester, Minnesota last December 7th. We need your input!

Complete the following questionnaire about the arts activities at this year's event, and we'll enter you in a prize drawing:

FIVE randomly selected respondents will receive a local foods t-shirt and

ONE will receive a $100 gift certificate for dinner at a local foods restaurant near them!
