When completing the SST Questionnaire, please notice if the question has an * Asterisk beside it. That means that you must complete at least one answer in order to send the response to me.
When you have completed THE FINAL QUESTION, you hit the "Done" button and you will be directed to a page that says Thanks for taking the survey.
Thats it, thats all.
