Our next book will be "A Paradise Built in Hell: The Extraordinary Communities that Arise in Disaster" by Rebecca Solnit. The meeting will be held in early February of 2026, with more information to come regarding the time and date.
Please read at your own pace until the meeting. We encourage you to support your local public library to obtain a copy of the book. You can find your local public library through
this state directory. Some libraries also have audiobooks if that is your preference. You can use the
Maine Writers website to find local independent bookstores. Used copies are also available through various online sites.
