The Department of Justice (DOJ) is reviewing public comments to target State laws which significantly and adversely affect the national economy or interstate economic activity. DOJ will use these comments to identify opportunities for solutions, to include lawsuits or federal legislation. NAMA will submit relevant laws flagged by members through this form for DOJ's consideration and recommend solutions that benefit the convenience services industry.
