Design choices for Wyoming / Karnes traffic calming project

Question Title

* 1. Should we use limestone boulders, cement planters, or resin planters to protect the painted areas of the bulb-outs? Fyi, the cement planters are about 2x more expensive than the resin planters and limestone options. Also, the planter options require periodic landscaping maintenace. We have already budgeted for cement planters but could redirect saved money to other design options or keep for future projects.

* 5. If our budget allows, should we install Volker logo decals in the bulb-out spaces? Fyi, they would be 2 feet by 2 feet, made of aluminum, and adhered to the street. We would use the same "bottlecap" logo that appears on our website and street banners.
