Lutheran Youth of North Seattle (LYONS) Vision Survey

LYONS has been bringing youth together in Christian fellowship for 20 years. Looking forward to the next 20 years, we are seeking ways to improve and revise the LYONS program. This survey is designed for parents, congregation members and youth participants. Please answer all questions as appropriate based on your involvement and/or understanding of LYONS.  (LYONS youth: please make sure you answer questions 1-5.)
