According to the by-laws of AACS, school members of the Board of Directors and Partner members are elected to serve a 3-year term, and may be re-nominated to serve up to three 3-year terms. Nominees must be involved in a position of executive management and be employed for the duration of the appointed term in a member institution in good standing with the Association.  Directors are elected by a majority vote of the active members with a quorum present at the Association’s annual business meeting.
