Introduction
The Financial and Consumer Rights Council Inc. (FCRC) has developed this survey to collect member feedback on FCRC performance throughout 2016. The survey provides members with an update of FCRC's progress against organisational commitments and then asks members to rate FCRC's performance.
This survey is anonymous. The survey results will be reviewed by the FCRC Board. Both the survey results and FCRC Board response will be sent to members.
