The Champaign County Continuum of Service Providers to the Homeless is developing a comprehensive, community-informed Strategic Plan to strengthen how homelessness is addressed in the community. As part of this work, we’re gathering input from community members, service providers, individuals with lived experience, and other stakeholders to understand how homelessness affects our community, what services are working, where gaps exist, and which actions are most important to you.
Your perspective is critical. By sharing your experiences and insights, you’ll help ensure the Strategic Plan reflects shared priorities, local realities, and a collective vision for change.
