Fannin County Community Health Needs Assessment Planning Workshop

Stroudwater Associates will be holding a workshop on behalf of the Fannin County Hospital Authority on the evening of April 2, 2019. Participants will be asked to develop a list of action items that will address the health of the Fannin County community, based on data collected and presented by Stroudwater.

For facilitation purposes, the event will be capped at 40 participants who will be added on a first response basis.
