Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for the Washington Higher Education Sustainability Conference! As a volunteer you will receive complimentary admission in exchange for your volunteer shift. Please be prepared to volunteer on February 16th & 17th, 2016 in Spokane, Washington. The following shifts will be available:

- Registration Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees, general registration, badge printing, speaker check in, etc.

- Room Monitor | Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event, display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, run the mic for Q&A session as well as maintain the drinking water station and assist the stage manager as needed

- Exhibit Set-Up | Assisting exhibit manager with giving directions to exhibitor booths, setting up exhibit booths, answering basic questions, etc.

- Directional Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference, assist with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees to different programs, restrooms, exhibitor stations, monitor attendee waste products, etc.
