Thank you for your willingness to participate in this survey of parents, teachers, students, and others in the Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) community. The purpose of this survey is to elicit feedback on how FCPS responded to the COVID-19 pandemic and to share perspectives that may help FCPS in the event of similar challenges in the future.

This survey is sponsored by the Fairfax County Council PTA and does not represent a communication from FCPS, which neither funded nor prepared this survey.
