Wheaton is home to both the Wheaton Arts & Entertainment District and the Wheaton Urban District. The Arts & Entertainment District exists to strengthen Wheaton as a place where arts, culture, entertainment, and creative placemaking contribute to a vibrant, welcoming community. Through these efforts, the District aims to improve the overall urban experience for residents, visitors, artists, and businesses, while supporting tourism, economic development, and business vitality.
