1. About the survey

Every two years, FCO conducts a survey to find out more about the Family Councils, Council members, and long-term care home staff in Ontario. We strive to offer the kinds of programs and services that will benefit you. Our Family Council 360 Survey is one way we listen to your needs and experiences to inform our work.

Your input matters to us. As a result of the 2017 survey, FCO introduced a conflict resolution training program, launched a committee to help us evaluate and update our education and training materials, and used the suggested learning topics to plan our events.

New this year, help us learn more about Ontario's Family Councils and what you need from us to enhance your effectiveness. We want to know about your Council's relationships with home staff and residents, if and how you use technology to engage geographically distant family members, and what your group is working on. We'll use this info to inform our conversations with government and community stakeholders.

Tell us what you think of the content, appropriateness, format, and delivery of our education and training materials so we can ensure that they meet your needs. Provide us with feedback on what we're doing well and what we can do better.

All responses are voluntary. Only aggregate, summary data will be made public.

Thank you in advance for your feedback!
