Vendor Registration

We are seeking vendors with original, one of a kind, art or products. Visual artists of all types are invited to sell, display, or demonstrate during Noontunes on Broad Street. 

This application is for the reservation of vending rights and space at Noontunes on Broad Street. River City Company reviews all applicants to determine if a vendor meets our criteria and adds over all quality and balance of our event. We intend to showcase a diverse representation of the Chattanooga region's vendors. We look forward to the opportunity to feature you and your products!

We will be selecting 4-5 artist vendors and 1-2 food vendors per Friday. You will receive an email if you have been selected. 

Location: Broad Street from Aquarium Way to High Point Climbing (Road Closure)
Date: Every Friday September 8 - October 27

RIVER CITY COMPANY WILL PROVIDE:
• Noontunes to serve as a draw to new customers from the audience.
• Approximate 10x10 space for your sales booth or space for food truck
• A site map of your booth location.
VENDOR WILL PROVIDE:
• 10% commissions of total sales to be collected at the end of the event day in the form of cash or check made out to River City Company.
• Vendor is responsible for providing their own pop-up tent and any other equipment needed for setup
(including tables, chairs, tent weights). You will be setting up outdoors on Broad Street.
• We highly recommend bringing tent weights. RCC will not provide tent weights.   
• Vendor assumes all responsibility for their booth setup/breakdown, tent weights, products, sales, staff, and security of booth.
• Vendor will promote the event on their social links and website tagging River City Company. A website and or a social media address where images of products appear or photographs of the products sold at Noontunes must be included in the application.
• Vendor must be willing to show proof of permit and insurance if asked.

PARKING:
 Parking of trucks, staff parking, etc. is the responsibility of the vendor. Vendor is responsible for securing a parking space for the duration of the event. River City Company is not responsible for parking, parking tickets or validating parking passes. 
VENDING: It is agreed that no trades for goods or services by vendors are allowed in exchange for food/drink/products. Vendor is solely responsible for paying all state taxes and obtaining any permits that may be specific to their participation.
LIABILITY: Vendor assumes liability for any injury arising out of the ordinary cause of their performance and
not caused by any act of the Agent. Artist agrees to hold harmless River City Company and the City of Chattanooga from any claims, damages, losses and liability arising out of this agreement.
