The First Business Wellness Association was formed with the mission of fulfilling the critical need for an all-inclusive holistic service offering to the small and medium-sized business sector (SME).

The Association’s vision is to enable SMEs to achieve sustainable growth through the expertise of seasoned professionals across all business disciplines, primarily in the core areas of brand and marketing strategy, financial & accounting, people & culture (HR), ICT, commercial and IP law, sustainability, cognitive strategy, business development, artificial intelligence (AI) and funding.

The FBW Wellness Assessment

We welcome you to the first-round FBW Wellness Assessment, your high-level start toward a verified, meaningful profile. It is designed to help you ascertain the health of your business within each of the key disciplines vital to the consistent growth, profitability and compliance.

We will provide you with your assessment results and, based on these, refer you to experienced professionals who can support your business in the areas where it is most vulnerable.

FBW accepts no liability for any reliance placed on the results or certification. The First Business Wellness Assessment is designed to give an elementary overview of the general health of your business across the key business disciplines. It is important for the survey results to be validated and confirmed during a more detailed assessment, in consultation with each of the First Business Wellness professionals within their particular business speciality.

Once any personal information comes into our possession, we take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. If you are concerned about conveying sensitive material to us using the internet, you might prefer to contact us by telephone or mail. Your personal details will not be published on the site or sold to any third party.

You are responsible for your participation on the site and the survey is done at your own risk. The intellectual property of the First Business Wellness Assessment belongs to the First Business Wellness Association to be used solely by Approved First Business Wellness Associates who signed the First Business Wellness constitution which upholds the values of a professional code of conduct, accessibility, affordability and accountability. The survey may not be copied/used for any other purpose.

First Business Wellness may aggregate confidential information gathered from the surveys we conduct and use this, together with other information, to perform industry benchmarking and comparisons for the benefit of the First Business Wellness Association, their clients and the small and medium-sized business sector. We may also use this information for research, marketing, publishing and/or selling. First Business Wellness will always adhere to a policy of anonymity, and will not disclose the identities of any organisation or individual.
