2024 Franchisee Subcommittee Application

Purpose

The function of a standing subcommittee is to provide collaboration, alignment, and transparency of strategic initiatives focused on specific areas of business as deemed necessary by the Zaxby’s Advisory Council and the ZFL Executive team. Subcommittees will address, discuss, and prioritize detailed plans or policy development in a specific function of the business. Subcommittees are tasked with ensuring the perspectives ZFL as well as that of the franchisee community are included in each consideration, while maintaining a bias for action to increase the opportunity for success in initiatives and strategy for the Zaxby’s brand.

12.Are you willing and able to travel to Athens to participate in tup to 4 meetings per year? 
13.Franchisees may be asked to collaborate with the ZFL Dept. Head to provide subcommittee updates at conferences or other regional meetings as needed.  Are you willing and able to take on this responsibility?
14.Franchisees may be required to assist the ZFL Dept. Head with meeting preparation and follow up.  Are you willing and able to serve in this capacity?
