Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our 3rd Annual OPACC Hearts of Gold Gala, in support of families of children with cancer!
The gala is taking place on Friday, September 18th from 6-11 p.m. at Paradise Banquet Hall (7601 Jane Street) in Vaughan.
Please review the different roles available below (including the times they are needed at) and select which ones you would like. There are opportunities to help both before and during the event. You can select multiple roles if you'd like, as we will need to rotate some volunteers throughout the evening. All volunteers will be asked to assist with the final set-up of the event.
Schedule: Volunteers can arrive starting between 4-4:15pm.
Dress code: Black pants with black or white dress shirt or black dress; tie optional. Wear comfortable shoes that are preferably black.
Letters: We will be pleased to provide any volunteers with a letter for school upon request after the event.
Upon submission of this application, we will keep your information on file to contact you again closer to the event date (in late August or early September) to reconfirm your participation and provide further details.
