This station audit looks to:
- Map the state of the stations in NSW
- Understand the most common issues in stations across NSW
- Understand the most pressing issues in stations in NSW
The Fix our Fire Service - State of the Stations Audit will be used to create a report and it will be used to:
- Assist members to address issues collectively in your station and across the State
- Demonstrate the issues we face to our employer
- Identify and address work health and safety concerns
- Educate the public about the impact of the neglect of our stations
- Lobby government for funding to fix our fire service
For more information about the State of the Stations Project go here. We ask that delegates (or HSRs) complete this audit - We need ONE audit for each station, if you have both a delegate and HSR in your station make a plan to do the audit together or agree on who will do it.
Please note we ask you to include photos in the audit. Photos will be very important as we progress this project. To have a look at the audit questions in advance of completing it, including the photos we are after go here.
