2026 ACEC-SC/SCDOT Annual Meeting Call For Abstracts Survey

ACEC-SC in conjunction with SCDOT is now accepting submissions for technical session abstracts for the 2026 Annual Meeting to be held December 8, 2026, in Columbia, SC. Speakers are invited to submit abstracts regarding current topics related to the transportation industry. We're seeking engaging session topics that share knowledge, spark discussion, and help attendees advance their professional development.

Technical sessions will be organized into 50-minute blocks, with each presenter allotted 40 minutes to share their research, lessons learned, case study, or project experience, followed by 10 minutes for audience questions and discussion. Presenters are encouraged to submit abstracts pertaining to transportation planning, engineering and design, project development and delivery, construction, maintenance, permitting and environmental compliance, funding and finance, technology and innovation, and other current topics related to the transportation industry.

Deadline for Abstract Submission: August 31, 2026
Acceptance Notifications: October 12, 2026
Deadline for Synopsis, Bios, and Headshot Photos: November 10, 2026
Deadline for PowerPoint of Presentations and Audio/Visual Requests: November 25, 2026
