Lloyds Bank Foundation organisational development support principles:

Lloyds Bank Foundation provide free, ongoing organisational development support for organisations they fund. The purpose of this is to help organisations become more resilient and stronger so they can thrive beyond the funding period.

  • We support organisations to identify their most pressing organisational challenges, listening to what organisations are good at and what’s going well and building on that, drawing up a development plan
  • We support organisations to overcome challenges by building the knowledge, skills and capabilities of staff and trustees, at the organisation’s pace
  • We provide practical support through Lloyds Bank colleagues, a bank of local independent consultants, linking organisations to mentors, memberships of voluntary sector such as ACEVO or Association of Chairs, and partnerships with organisations that can provide support or training on specific issues.
