Right now, there’s a historic opportunity to secure Queenslanders’ the right to legally access abortion care. We need 47 MPs to vote yes to modernise Queensland's archaic system.

There’s no denying that the conversation surrounding a woman’s right to abortion care is a polarising one. But given the political nature of the issue, there’s a risk MPs won’t hear the voices they need to hear most — the people affected by these laws.

That's why we’re producing a video to share the stories of Queenslanders who have been affected by this archaic healthcare system.

Do you have a personal story that will help Queenslanders understand and empathise with women who need to access to abortion care?

We won't collecting any identifying information so that we can protect your privacy. Stories may be used in a video and read aloud by volunteers or published on our website or social media to help build empathy and understanding among Queenslanders.

If you would like more information on how your story may be used, feel free to contact us at info@fairagenda.org

(We understand that telling your story can be difficult. Lifeline provide 24 hour crisis support on 13 11 14)
