Please note, you may invite a friend or family member to make a $100 tax-deductible gift to our scholarship fund on your behalf here: https://www.factsaboutfertility.org/learn-more/donation/.

Please ask them to list your name in the field, "In Honor of" so we can ensure you receive this scholarship.

Scholarships are only available to active FACTS ambassadors interested in attending the conference. However, if you are not an ambassador and someone donates to the scholarship fund in your name, then you will still receive a scholarship.
