The National Citizen Leadership Conference (NCLC) is American Promise’s signature event. In past years, we have held the NCLC in Washington, D.C. In early 2021, we will host NCLC virtually, with speakers, programming and two virtual Lobby Days, taking place over the course of a week during daytime and evening hours.
