Terms & Conditions:
- Offer valid only for individuals whose birthday falls between 28 November and 1 December 2025, inclusive.
- Complimentary tickets are limited to one (1) per eligible person.
- Proof of date of birth (e.g. driver's licence, passport or other government-issued ID) must be uploaded via the form and presented at the gate on entry.
- Valid ID is required at the gate to gain access — no exceptions.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold.
- This offer applies to standard Festival Entry tickets only.
- Submitting your details does not guarantee a ticket – confirmation will be sent via email upon successful processing.
- A3 reserves the right to decline or cancel complimentary tickets if false information is provided or misuse is suspected.
