Local business owners, we need your help! In an effort to highlight potential inequities and support our marginalized community members, we have created a brief, 10 question survey so we can understand your personal experience with the permit application process in the City of Portland.

By sharing your feedback, you will assist us in compiling the necessary data that we can bring to the City of Portland. We're hopeful this effort will help streamline the application process and highlight the current difficulties, to ensure it's fair to all cultural backgrounds that make this city thrive.

Please note: All information you share about your business will remain strictly confidential, and will allow us to create a sample-sized batch of examples to bring to the City of Portland, in the hopes they will review and amend the current application process.
