Labelling and Product Testing Fund Application Form

This application is to request Labelling and Product Testing assistance from exporTT.
 
At the end of this survey you will be asked to submit the following: Business registration documents, Quotations/Pro-forma invoices, Financial Statement, a six month bank statement, Business Plan/Export Plan, Correspondence from buyer requesting product modification and other supplementary documentation.

1. Kindly ensure that you gather all of the required documents above before you start to fill in this Form. 
 
2. Ensure that the name of each Document submitted starts with the name of your company.
