This form is for clubs that want to offer Online Join/Renew registration at azgolf.org.  If your club does not want to participate in online registration - do not complete.

Only a designated club officer should complete this form on behalf of the club.

This is not for individual members to renew or join a club. If you are a member trying to renew, log into your dashboard after October 1st and select the RENEW ONLINE button next to your club name. If you are trying to join a new club, after October 1st, select the JOIN button in the upper right hand corner of the homepage.

Reminders:
* Online registration is turned off during the month of September as we update club data for the 2022 billing year. On October 1st (12pm), online registration will open for 2022 renewals and new member registrations.
* 2022 Online Join/Renew forms must be submitted by 9/10/2021 to guarantee October 1st activation. Clubs that submit after September 10th will be updated and activated in the order received. We will do our best to have all clubs ready to go on October 1st (12pm).
