1. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Survey Questions

Applicant Tracking Systems have become a great tool for recruiting, they are used widely throughout the federal contractor community and have revolutionized the hiring practice. While assisting our clients, DCI has encountered numerous ATS vendors and products. To get a better idea of the collective feedback of the contractor community, DCI has created the following industry survey.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The intent of this survey is to gather information from a compliance perspective on applicant tracking systems currently used by the federal contractor community. Specifically, DCI Consulting Group will be compiling your survey responses to deem the functionality, effectiveness and overall satisfaction of various applicant tracking systems.
