Shape Tenant Participation at Blackwood!

Blackwood Homes is developing a new Tenant Participation Strategy and would like to hear your views. Tenant participation is about how Blackwood listens to tenants, involves people in decisions, and creates opportunities for tenants to influence services and the future direction of the organisation.

We want to understand:
  • What is working well
  • What could be improved
  • How tenants would like to be involved
  • How Blackwood can make participation more accessible and meaningful

The survey should take around 5–10 minutes to complete.
