2.Do you have a child you plan on registering for the DAA 2025-2026 Basketball Cheerleading season? If so, please provide the current grade they are in:
3.State whether you are interested in being a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or would you consider either. (If you would like to be an Assistant Coach, keep in mind that final selections are made by the Head Coach.)
4.What grade would you like to coach? Would you consider coaching another grade? If so, what grade would be your second choice?
5.Please provide your overall philosophy as a coach. Explain why you want to be a DAA Cheerleading Coach. List any relevant coaching/leadership or cheerleading experience that qualifies you to be a Cheerleading Coach.

7.What help do you anticipate needing to prepare for the season (i.e help with creating half time, sideline cheers, planning practices etc)?
8.Coaching requires a huge time commitment. Can you commit to 1 practice a week on Tuesdays plus games every Saturday and possibly Fridays during the season? Coaches meetings? One day camp on 11/02/205? End-of- season cheer showcase (Date TBD)?
