The Fernie Chamber of Commerce invites all Fernie businesses to participate in the Business Walk on June 13. Volunteer "walkers" will come to businesses between 1:00pm and 5:00pm on June 13.
The walkers will come to your business to ask a few basic questions about doing business in Fernie. The questions are meant to keep the visit very conversational, and to only take a few minutes of your time (typically 15 minutes or less).
A business walk is not a sales call or membership drive. Our volunteer walkers consist of Chamber Board Members, civic leaders, and economic development professionals.
The walk is designed specifically to establish a connection and identify issues as a means of helping businessss to remain strong and vibrant in our community.
If you are a home-based business and would like to participate, please note in the address section home-based and we can arrange for a meeting spot.
