Please note: NNEDV covers two (2) nights of lodging (one room) per coalition. Please register for the nights you need, keeping in mind that NNEDV will be invoicing your coalition for any extra room nights upon the completion of the conference.

Lodging rates +/-3 days before the 17th and after the 19th are at $148/night (as available) not including taxes and other charges. 

The hotel will be sending out confirmation emails to you, you will not receive a hotel room confirmation from NNEDV. If you do not receive a hotel confirmation, please contact the hotel directly.

NNEDV will cover transportation costs (airfare, mileage, pre-arranged shuttles to/from airport, and parking) up to $500 for each coalition.  These funds can be used for one person’s transportation, or can be split between two people, as long as the total cost does not exceed $500.00.

NEW THIS YEAR: Due to funding requirements, ALL reimbursement requests MUST be submitted prior to Roundtable. Please coordinate your travel, including airport shuttles and mileage before September 10th and send all receipts to Josie at jstjohn@nnedv.org.

We will not be able to make any exceptions to this deadline. We will, however, send you multiple reminders prior to the deadline date.

IMPORTANT: If the cost of your travel beyond $500 prohibits you from attending, please email capacity_ta@nnedv.org so we can work with you individually.

**If your hotel reservation needs to be changed after registering, please contact Josie St. John, jstjohn@nnedv.org immediately.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before your first night's stay, there will be a charge that will be the responsibility of the coalition.
