Dear North Mor Families and Friends, 

We are in the process of beginning to plan for future afterschool programming at North Mor Elementary.  In order to find the best fit for our students, we need your feedback!   Please complete this form by Friday, April 2nd.


Your answers to the questions below will help us to know if you may be interested in an afterschool program and what would best support your child based on your family needs and your child’s individual needs. After we receive feedback from our families,  we will use that to determine what type of afterschool program would work best for our community.
