Community Survey: What Makes a Great City Manager for the City of Dunsmuir?

Survey Purpose:
The City is partnering with an external recruiting firm, WBCP Inc., to assist us in recruiting for the next City Manager. We would like your input on the core attributes, qualities of leadership, and technical strengths we should be looking for to support our organization and community. Please take a few moments to share your feedback—your responses are greatly appreciated.

Please respond by Wednesday, February 18th, 2026. Your responses will remain anonymous and will be used to inform the ideal candidate profile and provide guidance to the City Council regarding the hiring process.

Other Ways to Provide Input:
The City Council Ad Hoc Committee managing the recruitment will host a community workshop at 5PM on Thursday, February 12th, 2026. You are invited to attend and provide your input either virtually or in person. The workshop will take place at City Hall, and Zoom information will be posted on the City's website.
