IdeasAmerica Benchmark Survey attempts to capture how a successful suggestion program is run and what benefits it provides a company.  The purpose of this survey is to analyze suggestion programs by examining both tangible and intangible savings, structure of suggestion programs, award methods, and employee engagement. The following questions are designed to assess the current levels of engagement in your company. As a representative of your company, you are providing a collective voice for your organization. Please respond as you believe the majority of employees at your organization would respond.  We ask that you submit only ONE survey per company or company location.
