The purpose of this survey is to ascertain the position that employers in the Scottish construction industry currently take with regards to both maternity and paternity policies. The survey is open to all employers in the sector in order to gain the widest possible view.
All responses to this questionnaire will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be published without the prior and expressed consent of the Respondent. However, an aggregated report of all responses will be collated and communicated to all Respondents in such a manner that all responses remain anonymous.
