Many members have reported they want a enterprise agreement for administrative staff separate from the Care Workers. The CPSU is considering applying to the Fair Work Commission for an Order to have a separate enterprise agreement. To do this, we need your views to provide to the Commission as evidence.

37.5 hrs and authorised extra hours paid as overtime
35 hrs per week and all extra hours as flex time (up to 14 hours with anything over forfeited)
