About the scholarship: WQA’s Leadership Engagement And Development (LEAD) initiative focuses on supporting professionals in the water treatment industry to develop advanced leadership skills while forging deeper engagement and participation within the WQA and broader industry. Part of this goal includes supporting accessibility to the interactive and collaborative experience at the WQA Mid-Year Leadership Conference. LEAD Scholarships can cover some conference costs:
 - 2022 MYLC registration
 - Up to three nights at the conference hotel
 - Choice of complimentary golf tournament registration or WQRF Benefit 
   Dinner Experience registration

This form will ask for contact information and three short answer questions. Submissions will be reviewed and you will be notified of the status via email by Aug. 18, 2022.
- Recipient must be working in the water treatment industry whose company is a WQA member in good standing.
- Past recipients of the 2022 WQA Convention Scholarship will not be eligible.
