In an effort to have a better understanding of our community, we are asking for your cooperation.  The information gathered from this survey will be used to improve our parish communities and we may provide summaries to apply for funding and when we communicate to other organizations about parish realities.  This information is provided anonymously and will be examined in aggregate.
