Early Reading Survey for Parents and Carers

This survey aims to gather information from families of children 0-5 yrs so local services can better plan and deliver additional activities based on what parents like and need.We are looking to hear from families with children aged 0-5 across the Western Downs. However, if you have or are caring for older children, we would still like you to answer the survey about what things were like before your children turned 5.

The survey is completely anonymous and all questions are voluntary.
