The Early Intervention &Integrated Care Network Secretariat
We are currently recruiting members to be part of the EI&IC Secretariat. With the merging of the Service Coordination SC & Integrated Chronic Disease Management Networks to become the EI&IC Network, it is now appropriate for the secretariat to
declare all memberships to the EI&IC Network Secretariat open.
The EI&IC secretariat is a representative group of EI&IC network members responsible for the coordination and implementation of network functions.
Members may self-nominate or be nominated by other members of the Network Group. The Secretariat consists of a minimum of six and no more than eight members comprising:
· at least three metropolitan PCP representatives
· at least three regional PCP representatives
Nominations from current and new members will be very welcome.
