TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOWN OF PORT HEDLAND ANNUAL PERCEPTION SURVEY RAFFLE

 

1       The Promoter is the Town of Port Hedland (ABN 19 220 085 226) of Civic Centre, 13 McGregor Street, Port Hedland (‘Civic Centre). Contact (08) 9158 9300.

2          By entering this competition, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions.

3          Entry to the competition is free.

4          The competition commences on 31/10/2019 and closes on 5/12/2019 at 6pm WST.

5          To be eligible, entrants:

(a)       must be over 18; and

(b)       cannot be an employee of the Town, or a member of that employee’s immediate family.

6          Entrants may only enter once and any additional attempts will be disregarded

7          Entrants agree to have their name published in association with this contest.

8          There will be two prize winners who:       

(a)       will be selected at random.

(b)       will be contacted on the contact details the entrant provides.

(c)       must contact the Civic Centre on 9158 9300 to redeem their prize.

9          Prize:

(a)       1 x Travel Voucher with Catherine Widdup, Travel Managers, to the value of $1,000.

            (b)       is not negotiable or redeemable for cash.

(c)       will be selected at random at 6/12/2019 at 3pm at the Civic Centre.

(d)       if the Promoter cannot locate a prize winner and/or the prize winner does not collect their prize within 14 days (or as otherwise agreed) of the previous draw, the Town will conduct a redraw as soon as practicable in accordance with these terms and conditions.

(e)       Travel Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the provider.

10        The Town’s decision regarding the prize winner is final.

11        The Town is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of entering this competition or using any of the prizes.
