Proposal Submission Information:

·All Proposals must be completed online for consideration.

·ELCMDM requests a presenter appear on a maximum of 2 proposals: one as the Primary Presenter and one as an Additional Presenter

·CFC sessions are not a forum for advertising. The ELC strongly asks all presenters to refrain from marketing products during their session. If you would like to promote products/services, please consider applying as an exhibitor.

·ELCMDM has the right to edit proposal titles and descriptions for publication.

·Presentations may be submitted in English or Spanish and should be minimally 1.5 hours in length. You will be asked: “Can you present this session in Spanish?” during the submission process. If the proposal is accepted, you will be required to provide the Spanish translation to be posted in the program.

Proposal Acceptance:

Presenters will be notified of acceptance by Friday, June 2, 2017. In appreciation of presenter contributions to the conference, all primary presenters will receive a free one-day registration to the Children First Conference for the day of their presentation, which includes lunch, networking and attendance to other sessions.

Primary presenters will be able to register at a special rate of $30 to attend the entire conference. All presenters will be responsible to make their own travel and hotel arrangements. Visit our website at http://trainings.elcmdm.org for conference registration information.

For your proposal to be considered, you must:

List the learning outcomes that describe what participants will learn, be able to do, and how they might apply the knowledge as a result of attending the session. (Not to exceed 100 words)

Please describe the contents of this presentation in 50-75 words as you wish it to be published in the conference book.
