2026 Speaker Application

The 44th Annual Alaska Governor's Safety and Health Conference (AKGSHC) is an annual conference held in Anchorage, Alaska at the William A. Egan Civic and Convention Center.

This year's Conference theme is Driven by Safety, Powered by People: Empowering Alaska’s Frontline Industries. Our theme places a strong emphasis on Alaskan Frontline Industries.

We are looking for dynamic speakers to populate the following Speaker Tracks:
- Oil and Gas
- Construction
- Healthcare
- General Industry

Proposals are encouraged from industries represented in the conference tracks, as well as Transportation, Maritime, Mining, Utilities, and related sectors.

*Each Speaker Track will be filled on a first-come basis as applications are received.

This is not a Mainstage application. This is an unpaid opportunity, and selected speakers will receive complimentary admission for the day of their presentation.

In support of varied perspectives, the selection process this year may lean toward speakers who have not recently presented.
